Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (A$ or AU$). All prices include GST (Government Goods and Services Tax 10%).Payment of your Item
Full payment for stock items to be paid at check-out when purchased.

Stock Jewellery Items
All our stock items have been designed and made in our workshop by Ernst Pfenninger, Swiss/Australian designer goldsmith and silversmith at our Studio 303, Sydney, Australia, and are available for you to purchase.
Custom Jewellery Items
At Studio 303, Ernst Pfenninger designs and makes each piece. For custom made work we work closely with our customers to ensure each design meets their expectations. When you have approved your design, full payment is required before commencing your piece/s. If all components are available, our usual timeframe for completion is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the item ordered. If special materials need to be sourced we will discuss this with you as part of the design process.
For earrings, please advise if they are for pierced ears and what kind of findings you prefer depending on the design you have chosen. For example shepherds hooks, posts & butterflies (small, medium, large) or posts & special screw findings, locknuts, or for non-pierced ears what type of clip if available and suitable for the piece.
Pendants and brooches, may be designed to incorporate both functions of a pendant and brooch in one item. This can make the item multi-functional, however this is subject to the design selected. We have several brooch/pendant combinations in our shop.
For corporate and/or for individual orders, jewellery or other items these can be ordered in small to larger quantities, depending on the design and materials required.
Customised items cannot be returned because they have been made especially for you, nor is a refund available. Therefore please ensure that prior to proceeding with your order you have thoroughly checked all the details and that you are satisfied that the item/s meets all the design brief. Once a design has been approved by you to start production it cannot be altered after production has commenced. If however a minor change can be made we will discuss this with you and it may incur a further cost.
Ring Sizing (also refer to the ring sizing information sheet)
It is important that your ring size measurement is correct. We recommend this to be checked by a reputable jeweller using a jewellers’ metal sizer. Please do not use string, paper or thin plastic sizers as these are not accurate.
It is important to note there can be a different ring size required for narrower or wider ring bands. If possible, it is recommended to use a ring sizer similar to the finished size of your ring. For example, wider rings may require a slight increase in size compared to a slimmer ring (approximately half to one size depending on the finger shape). Please advise the ring sizer width you used so we can make the appropriate adjustments as described above. Kindly contact us if you require further clarification or advice.
A Vernier calliper will give you an accurate ID (internal diameter) measurement.
There are many ring sizer charts on the internet with conversions for different countries. We have supplied a ‘ring size comparison chart’.
A firm plastic ring sizer with a clip to lock in the size is also available on the internet for just a few dollars and if using it please advise the width of the sizer you are used.
Finger sizes can change during the day, depending on the weather, fluid retention, air conditioning, breast feeding, medical conditions, exercise and other factors. Please check your finger size a few different times of the day to ensure the size you are sending to us is correct.
Ring Re-sizing Prior to Sending Your Order
There is one complimentary resizing at the time of your order.
If you can come into our shop (Studio 303) we can check your size and make the appropriate adjustment. Kindly check our shop opening hours.
If extra gold is required to enlarge a ring we will advise you of any extra costs involved, if applicable.
Ring Resizing After You Have Received Your Order
Studio 303 Pty Ltd is happy to resize your ring to a size indicated in the product information of your purchase for a minimal fee. For any extra gold that is required to enlarge a ring we will advise you of the costs involved, including shipment and insurance costs.
Care Instructions
Each item will be provided in a jewellery box with a complementary cleaning cloth. Please contact us if you require any special instructions.
Manufacturing Faults
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with your item/s please send an image or video of your item to Studio 303 Pty Ltd, clearly explaining your concern. We will then be in contact with you, please provide your contact details.
Despatch of Your Order
A stock item will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days from Studio 303 Pty Ltd., Sydney, Australia. In the unusual event the dispatch takes longer we will contact you.
Freight / Shipping in Australia
Free shipping in Australia on stock items and custom items.
For customised items that are ordered in quantities or larger objects shipping and insurance costs may apply and we will advise accordingly.
All packages are shipped via the Australian Postal service (Australia Post). Your tracking number will be sent to you via email. Each item will be insured, includes tracking and requires your signature upon delivery (person to person). In the event you are not available to receive your package you must provide Studio 303 Pty Ltd with the name of the representative who will be signing for the package on your behalf.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated and the package is regarded as delivered.
For all purchases we require your home or work street address (not a post office box). The shipping address will be used to send the item/s to you. The information must be accurate, correct and up-to-date. Please be very careful to ensure you provide your address and contact details correctly. Studio 303 Pty Ltd will not be responsible if you incorrectly state your address and/or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post. If package/s are returned to Studio 303 Pty Ltd due to an incorrect address being provided you will be required to pay the re-shipment and insurance costs.
Please refer to the Australia Post website for tracking information. We are not responsible if delivery times vary as they are estimates only. The purchase is regarded as completed when the tracking details indicate that the package has been delivered. Once an item is shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
During this pandemic delivery times appear to be delayed due to the volume of packages being processed by Australia Post.

Please bring identification and proof of purchase. Alternatively, if a representative will be collecting your package on your behalf, please provide us in advance with their details and they will need to provide us with your proof of purchase and their personal ID.
International
Please contact us with the item you wish to purchase and your address. We reserve the right to assess each request on a case by case basis and will advise accordingly. If the order proceeds any shipping charges and insurance costs will require payment by the customer which may vary from country to country. We will advise when your request is made. International Duties & Taxes
Any international orders may be subject to taxes, duties or other charges at the destination. International customers are responsible to meet any additional taxes, fees and/or charges. These charges are additional to the shipping and insurance costs. Custom policies may vary from country to country.
Guarantee
We guarantee that our work is of fine quality and the metal used is as specified (stamped). All our work is hallmarked (with our logo). Any gemstones and/or diamonds used are as described. We source our precious metals, gemstones, diamonds (conflict free), pearls and all other materials from reputable suppliers. Your guarantee is null and void (invalid) if your item/s have been altered in any way, mishandled, damaged or display wear and tear. Our guarantee on the materials and workmanship is for 12 months from the date of delivery (when we received confirmation by Australia Post that the package has been delivered).
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All our work is designed by Ernst Pfenninger at Studio 303 in Sydney, Australia and is protected pursuant to the Australian copyright laws.
Each item is hallmarked with Ernst Pfenninger’s makers mark and a precious metal stamp e.g. 750 (for 18kt gold), 925 (for sterling silver) etc. depending on the precious metal used. Ernst Pfenninger’s work cannot be copied.

There may be slight differences e.g. in the colour of the materials due to the colours that appear on different printers and screens.
