All our items are finished and checked thoroughly prior to dispatch ensuring they meet a high standard of manufacture. All items have been photographed prior to shipment.  Please contact us immediately regarding any concerns.

Return of an item made by Studio 303 Pty Ltd

Studio 303 Pty Ltd does not accept returns if you have had a ‘change of heart’.

Manufacturing Faults

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with your item/s please send an image or video of your item to Studio 303 Pty Ltd, clearly describing your concern. We will then be in contact with you, please provide your contact details.  

After contacting Studio 303 Pty Ltd and if it is agreed that an item/s may or appear to be faulty please return the item in its original packaging and pay for the cost of shipment and full insurance (please advise Studio 303 Pty Ltd prior to shipment of the full cost for the return). Once the item/s has been received by Studio 303 Pty Ltd, we will assess its condition. If the item is faulty we will repair it and we will reimburse you for the full cost of the return shipment and return it to you.  If the item is unable to be repaired we will reimburse you for the full cost of the item and the shipping and insurance costs. However, if it is evident that the damage to the item was not the fault of Studio 303 Pty Ltd the recipient will not be reimbursed for the shipping and insurance costs

Damaged Items

Once the item has been delivered with proof of delivery via Australia Post and the packaging is damaged in any way, please photograph the damaged package immediately and contact us.

We are not liable if the item has been altered in any way by the recipient: if it has received any impact, been dropped or exposed to excessive heat or cold.  The item must not show any signs of wear and tear. Studio 303 Pty Ltd reserves the right to assess each request for return of the item/s on a case by case basis. 

If you would like the item to be repaired we will discuss the repair cost with you and if you would like us to proceed we will advise of any costs involved.

Return of any item

  1. Send an email to sales@studio303.com.au to notify Studio 303 Pty Ltd before sending any package.
  2. Provide the date of dispatch, the tracking number and the anticipated postage duration, if known.
  3. The customer is required to pay for shipping costs and insurance costs.

In Australia it is advised to return the package in the small yellow plastic express post bag WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY. (Please ENSURE you sign the package “sign here” re: Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods Declaration or this may delay the package or it may be returned to you), OR registered post for objects with SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY

Please ensure our address is written clearly and correctly, and if required to identify the contents it is suggested to write ‘metal item or metal sample’.  This information is not required for Express Post or registered post.
